Gujiyas   Holi - The vibrant festival will remain incomplete without scrumptious delicacies.  And one such famous food item, which is like a good loving heart, hard from the inside, soft and sweet from the inside - Gujiya. Most households prepared Gujiyas on the onset of Holi, it is fun to make and better to eat and even better when we eat with special people.  The basic ingredients are maida, sugar, milk, khoya, coconut and ghee. Gujiyas are given shape similar as the half moon. Every bite of the gujiya has sweetness, flavours, perfect crunch and abundant love. Bhang   The most famous item in Holi is bhang.
